| After the crepe making day, Maite and Fabian asked if they might be able to get more involved in the Home by giving English Language lessons. The children already receive in-house English lessons from an Indonesian teacher, but the opportunity for them to have English conversation lessons (and some French) with fluent speakers was not to be missed. These were started as a regular weekly event and continued until Maite and Fabian left Indonesia at the end of June. |

Even though they were only here for a few months, Maite and Fabian have become very good friends of all the children and staff at Yayasan Gunungan. They will be missed and we all look forward to hopefully seeing them here again next year. |
